D&D Exhaust's Boarzilla 2 into 1 full exhaust system for Harley-Davidson 2000-2008 Softail models.

2 into 1 Boarzilla stepped header design goes from 1 7/8 to 2" on the head pipe. All full systems come with heat shields and baffles.

The muffler is upswept for better ground clearance. Will work with forward controls and mid controls. Note: Full system designed for a 117 CI or bigger.

Each exhaust pipe is put on our dyno in our facilities. Every pipe is designed to increase low-end torque and horsepower. Comes with O2 sensor bung for fuel injected Harley-Davidson models.
